Tobe Nnadozie, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Nigeria and a Fellow of the British Computer Society, has over 18 years working experience in Retail and Commercial Banking, Public Sector Collections, Technology, Electronic Banking, Commercial and Retail Banking. He is a Certified Prince 2 Project Management Practitioner with an MBA from Bangor University in Wales. Tobe also attended the Advanced Management Program (AMP26) of the Lagos Business School and has a Masters in Information Technology from the University of Lagos.
With a passion concentrated on delivering convenience banking platforms, Tobe has worked in the best of Nigerian Banking firms where he has led teams that delivered landmark banking solutions and products. He was the pioneer Head of eBank for Heritage Bank where he worked with various teams to develop the bank as one of the most innovative bank in the country. He was then seconded to Enterprise Bank (acquired by Heritage Bank) where he was the Head of the Operations and Technology Directorates. Tobe eventually left Heritage Bank as a Deputy General Manager and Divisional Head of Innovations and Products. He also worked in various other banks including Guaranty Trust Bank, Diamond Bank, First City Monument Bank and Standard Bank (Stanbic IBTC in Nigeria). He also worked in the Insurance subsidiary of GTBank, former Guaranty Trust Assurance (now Mansard Insurance) where he was the Chief Information Officer and Head of eBusiness.
Tobe is an expert in Retail Banking Strategy and Channels, Micro-loans Automation, Enterprise Architecture, Strategy, Customer Service and Business Development. He has been in the forefront of designing and implementing self-service platforms in various segment of the Nigerian Economy and has received awards both locally and internationally. Tobe is passionate about knowledge sharing and acquisition and is currently a Non Executive Director in SmartAssist Training Consortium where he has developed more than 32 different courses in the line of his experience.
